Magnesium oil spray has been a game changer for me when it comes to managing period cramps on my menstrual cycle. I love that it's more bio-available to my body than a magnesium supplement so it absorbs quickly and I feel the effects. I love this product because most of us are magnesium deficient so this is an easy way to incorporate into your lifestyle. It's great for sore muscles post-workout as well!

I'm a big fan of Weleda's products. Then tend to be much cleaner than the average body care brands on the market. I regularly exfoliate my body to remove dead skin cells and promote healthy cell turnover. This is one of my favorite exfoliators that I've found.

Menstrual underwear has made all the difference for me with my period cramps. I noticed that wearing my menstrual cup made my cramps feel worse the first couple days of my period. So when given the option, I opt for these organic cotton period undies. They're super absorbent and comfortable! I'm a size 4 US and EU 36 and the size M is great for me.

The water color in the city left my hair feeling so dry and brittle! I started spritzing it with this locally-sourced rose water for ultimate hydration. Rose water is super hydrating to the skin and hair so you can also spray it on your face if your skins in need of a soothing pick-me-up.

I've been revamping my skincare routine to select more clean beauty products and lessen the amount of xenoestrogens I'm coming into contact with from my makeup and skincare. This mascara has such a beautiful lengthening effect with a built in serum so I know my lashes are not only being sculpted but they're growing at the same time. Since using this mascara I've noticed much less lash fallout.

This is my saving grace during allergy season. I use my netty pot to flush out my nostrils in the mornings with warm water and sea salt. Netty pot's are grain for flushing out pollen, bacteria, and other harmful irritants that get into the nasal passageways and can cause irritation and even sickness!

L-lysine is an enzyme that helps prevent viral replication. After getting Epstein Barre Virus from mononucleosis, and managing the residual symptoms of the virus, I started taking L-Lysine. This is also great for those that have any herpes virus like HSV1 and HSV2 to prevent flare-ups/ cold sore eruptions.

I have this travel yoga mat in dark blue, and have used it for the past 4 years! I love that instead of rolling up like a standard yoga mat, you can fold it into square and take with you in a tote bag or purse. I take this mat with me everywhere! You can also fit it in a luggage.

Environmental sustainability is super important to me, so when it comes to composting, I'm aware that most of us compost with trash bags that don't biodegrade! I find these bags made of corn fiber that do the trick.

This is another seasonal allergy saviour. Quercetin and Bromelaine have been shown to have natural antihistamenic effects on the body. Since I've been taking this it has been amazing for reducing my sneezing, sniffling, and watery eyes that I have mostly year round living in the city.

Not all probiotic supplements are created equal! And do your research before selecting one, but I like that this one is both a pre-biotic and probiotic and contains 60 billion colony forming units (CFU's), a measurement of probiotic bacteria per recommended dose.

I made the decision to cut PFAS, aka forever chemicals that can stay in your system and disrupt your endocrine system, out of my oral care routine. I switched to cotton floss since most traditional flosses contain PFAS.
